Tomorrow are the kitchen drawers, one junk drawer and one utensil drawer.
Struggle or Challenge?
- A struggle is a burden.
- A challenge is an opportunity.
- A struggle is, “I can’t wait for this to be done.”
- A challenge is, “I can’t wait to see where this goes.”
- A struggle is being in one place, but needing to be in another.
- A challenge is fully being where you are, not needing to be anywhere else.
- A struggle is, “How can I get out?”
- A challenge is, “What more can I give?”
- A struggle is resistance.
- A challenge is acceptance.
Think about something important to you that you’re working on improving. A relationship, a project, a goal.
Now think about the energy around the thing you picked. Are you in a struggle? Or are you in a challenge?
On the surface a struggle and a challenge look like the same thing. They are both tough. The biggest difference though is the energy around them. Plain and simple, a struggle is a challenge that is filled with resistance.
Is there something in your life that you’re struggling with that could be turned into a challenge? It can happen, all it takes is a mental shift.
I know I’ve said this multiple times, but this is the best smoothie.

Mashed Potatoes! I just got my wisdom teeth and this is the one dish I turned to, to make me feel better. At first, I was thinking ice cream was my comfort food but I haven’t wanted ice cream one day since my teeth have been pulled.

Massaman Curry - Thai food has a lot of ingredients and unique ingredients.
I wish I could make a lot of Thai food. I made thai food once in high school and I bought a lot of one time use ingredients so I think thai food is better to order at a restaurant.

I love cooking fried rice because it is fast cooking. I love cooking in a wok, its fun.

My favorite cooking show was the F Word with Chef Ramsey on BBC. It is no longer on tv.
I wish they had a vegetarian cooking show on tv.

I have 2 of her cookbooks, Veganomicon and Vegan with a Vengeance. She has made vegan food tasty. I love that she doesn’t use processed food.

Day 10: Favorite home-cooked meal
hmm thats a toughy since all my food is homecooked
mashed potatoes are my favorite thing with no gravy! For a meal, i’d say blanched broccoli, mashed potatoes and broiled portobello.
Day 8- Do you prefer baking or cooking?
Cooking, to the max! I hate baking with a passion, it is so much work and you can’t mess up on the ingredients and you can’t substitute. Its like a science. I love the baking results though. I’d pick cooking anyday though. I don’t have a sweet tooth.
